Some of us have day jobs and quietly pursue artistic endeavors on the weekends. Michael Hainey is such a person. Hainey, the acting deputy editor of GQ, has slowly been sharing his work and leaving designers and critics wanting more. After he hit 40 he cited, "I want to be creative." Taking risks never looked better. Enjoy some of his paintings as seen here from 1st Dib's The Artful Life.
