Paper Coi by Mabona Origami

Imagine a school of these hand-crafted paper Coi by Sipho Mabona hanging from the ceiling or mounted on the wall. They're on sale now after breaking down his latest exhibit.

Sipho has been a participant at the Red Bull Paper Wings World Finals in Salzburg 2006, designed origami for the award winning Asics corporate movie “Origami in the Pursuit of Perfection”, has exhibited his work in galleries in Tokyo, London, Berlin, Vancouver and Zaragoza was the invited guest at Japan Origami Academic Society (JOAS) Convention 2008 and was the first foreigner whose model graced the cover of the JOAS Convention book.

Cotton and Linen Blankets - Gotta Have One

I love this cozy scene captured by Petra Bindel. I gotta have one of these blankets too. They're fresh and versatile and not to mention easy to wash and maintain. The first four seen are from (the fabulous) Brahms Mount, one of the few textile companies still active in the U.S. The linen towels are from Peshte and Deck Towel.

Constance Leiter’s designs were internationally known, and survive today as part of Sharyn Blond Linens. Sharyn’s sense of style, combined with her extensive knowledge of fine china, crystal and silver, is widely recognized and respected. Her line includes: cocktail napkins, hand towels, table linens and bedding.
